Founded under the Unearth Group by lifelong mates Alun and David on Larrakia Country – Darwin, Unearth Talent was created with a vision to open pathways into professional services and help more people build rewarding careers.
Their goal was to create a recruitment business that delivered more than placements—it would create opportunities, build capability, and make a genuine difference in people’s lives.
Following the challenges and changes brought about by COVID-19, a chance meeting on a basketball court introduced Nadia to Alun and David. What started as a conversation quickly evolved into a shared vision, with the trio working together to grow Unearth Talent into a recruitment company that doesn’t just talk about values—it lives them every day.

In 2025, Alun decided it was time to head north and enjoy a well-earned change of pace in the sunshine. At that point, Nadia officially joined Unearth Talent as Director, partnering with Dave to lead the next chapter of the business.
Today, as great friends and business partners, Dave and Nadia continue to build on the foundations that Unearth Talent was founded upon—creating opportunities, strengthening communities, and helping people realise their potential.
