David, a Mudburra, Torres Strait Islander, English and Welsh descendant, is a career journeyman. 

Started his working career as an Indigenous trainee to become an executive managing Airport Operations. Careers as a Training Manager, a Project Manager, a Commercial and Contracts Manager, a specialist in Emergency and Business Continuity Management, a Reservist in the Australian Army, a co-owner of a Basketball Club (Go Titans!!), a coach, a mentor, a husband, a father, an entrepreneur, and a business owner.

His career reflects his approach to life, work, and sport – be disciplined, keep learning, and don’t accept not trying.

Alun, a Wuthathi, Torres Strait Islander and Welsh descendant, considers himself a tech-savvy geek.

Started out as a cadet to an executive level public servant within the Federal Government. Cutting-edge thinking and willingness to take calculated risks have shaped his career in the world of information technology, an industry that relies heavily on constant change and innovation.

Result driven, he connects information technology and people with real-world business opportunities for more than 20 years, but he still gets excited by the challenge — which keeps him pushing to create better the community for his clients and his people.

Will has 5+ years of recruitment experience in both the Federal Government and Private Sector. Will started in the ICT market, predominately recruiting in the Data, PM and BA space before expending his skillset where he now recruits a vast majority of Federal Government roles.

This being said, Will still likes to specialize with his two focus markets being the ICT and Communications industry. Will has also been a team leader for the last 2 years, putting in time to develop and train junior recruiters for Unearth Talent.

Amy’s current role as Office Manager is focused on establishing and maintaining Unearth Talent’s procedures to ensure that our external team members are paid correctly and on time. Amy is our designated timesheet and invoicing guru where she resolves any problems that may arise. She is often the first point of contact for many parts of the business and has a passion for customer service.

Amy has completed an IT Diploma at the University of Canberra College and, in her spare time, enjoys practicing many coding languages.
