David, a Mudburra, Torres Strait Islander, English and Welsh descendant, is a career journeyman. 

Started his working career as an Indigenous trainee to become an executive managing Airport Operations. Careers as a Training Manager, a Project Manager, a Commercial and Contracts Manager, a specialist in Emergency and Business Continuity Management, a Reservist in the Australian Army, a co-owner of a Basketball Club (Go Titans!!), a coach, a mentor, a husband, a father, an entrepreneur, and a business owner.

His career reflects his approach to life, work, and sport – be disciplined, keep learning, and don’t accept not trying.

With over 30 years of experience across business operations, business improvement, project management, people and culture, marketing, communications, and human resources, Nadia Pessarossi brings a unique blend of heart and hustle to everything she does. Will has 7+ years of recruitment experience in both the Federal Government and Private Sector. Will started in the ICT market, predominately recruiting in the Data, PM and BA space before expending his skillset where he now recruits a vast majority of Federal Government roles.

This being said, Will still likes to specialise with his two focus markets being the ICT and Communications industry. Will has also been a team leader for the last 4 years, putting in time to develop and train junior recruiters for Unearth Talent.

Bradley is a dedicated recruitment specialist with over four years of experience supporting clients across Federal and State Government, as well as the Private Sector. With a solid background in ICT recruitment, Bradley has built a network that extends beyond his area of expertise, with connections in the Policy sector, Project Support, and EA spaces.

Bradley’s approach is warm and personable—he takes pride in truly understanding the needs of both candidates and clients. His network spans across Australia, working closely with clients in the ACT, NSW, VIC, WA, and QLD, ensuring he finds the right fit every time.

Keira is the Administration Officer at Unearth Talent, playing a key role in keeping the business running smoothly day to day. She looks after payroll, contractor onboarding, and financial administration, ensuring everything is handled efficiently and with care. As the first point of contact for contractors, Keira supports both contractors and clients throughout the process, helping create a seamless and positive process. Known as the go to person for contractor related queries, she brings a friendly, reliable, and highly organised approach to her work.
